Privacy Policy

AIOWrap is a native macOS app published by XploreDatum Technologies LLP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect across the AIOWrap app and the aiowrap.com website, and how we handle it. We built AIOWrap to be private by design.

What we collect

Your web sessions stay on your Mac. Each service you add runs in its own isolated, local storage container (cookies, logins, messages, keys). This data lives only on your device and is never sent to us.
No telemetry or analytics in the app. AIOWrap does not track your usage, the sites you add, or your activity.
Licensing. When you activate a license, your license key and a device label/activation identifier are sent to our payments & licensing provider (Polar) to verify the license.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. We receive your email address and order/license details from Polar. We never see or store your card details.
Website. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and operation. We do not run advertising trackers.

Third-party services you use

When you open WhatsApp, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, or any other site inside AIOWrap, your data goes directly between you and that provider under their own terms and privacy policies. AIOWrap does not intercept, read, or relay that traffic. AIOWrap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these services; their names and logos belong to their respective owners.

How we use information

To deliver and validate your license.
To provide customer support and send essential service or purchase messages.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Who we share with

We share only what's necessary with service providers who help us run AIOWrap: Polar (payments & licensing) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & your rights

We keep license and purchase records for as long as needed to support your license and meet legal/accounting obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us and we'll help.

Children

AIOWrap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, note it on this page.
